Born and raised in Romania, I.E. Sersea moved to the United States of America in the early 1980s and continued his education. He has earned a B.A. in English Literature, an M.A.T. (Masters of Arts in Teaching and Learning), an M.A. in English, and a Single Subject Teaching Credential in English for the State of California. In 2009, he's also completed his studies and earned a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing from University of San Francisco. Currently a high school English teacher and college instructor of English as a Second Language, I.E. Sersea spends his free time helping English Learners from all over the work improve their English skills through English Online Academy.
